Bike Rodeo 2018

The Rattlesnake School Bike Rodeo will be on Friday, September 28th!

When: Sept 28th 2018, from 5:00-7:00
What: A community celebration of biking, including obstacle courses, games, a bike tour, a few small prizes, and more!
Who: All community members are invited.
Volunteers Needed: We need lots of volunteers to make this event run smoothly! We’ve broken it into short, manageable shifts- no volunteering slot is over an hour long and only one job (the Bike Tours) require the adult to actually be on a bike!

Details: Bring your bike to school for a night of family bicycle fun!  This event is for all Rattlesnake community families. Planned activities will include two bike riding areas (beginner and intermediate), an education table with MTBMissoula, a bike art table, and the traditional Bike Rodeo favorite- a newspaper toss! We will offer 3 guided tours of the under construction Syringa Bike Skills Park just up the road, too. Parental supervision during the Bike Tours is strongly encouraged, as students will be biking up Rattlesnake Drive to the new park off Lincoln Hills Drive. Learn more about the new bike park here, or come to the Bike Rodeo!

THANK YOU to all the parents that volunteer to plan and run the Bike Rodeo. You make this happen!

Sponsored by the Rattlesnake PTA, the Rattlesnake Family Connection Center, and in coordination with Missoula Parks & Rec!
